Welcome Email Discount

We offer a 10% discount for signing up for our newsletter.  If you do not receive the code upon signing up please check your spam or junk mail or promotions tab for gmail.  If you still do not see an email from us, please email elizabeth@weemondine.com and we will get the code to you asap.  If you want to get your order in, go ahead and we will refund you the 10%.

Wee Mondine cannot cancel orders after they have been placed.  If you need to make a change to your order please email us thru the contact form and we will do our best to accommodate your request. 

Shipping

We offer free ground shipping on all orders in the US!!  

Your order will generally be processed in 24-48 hours.  

At times of higher volume, during launches and sales, it may take up to 5 -6 business days to process your order. We ship via USPS domestically and USPS and DHL internationally.  Domestic USPS orders take 2-5 business to arrive.  This is just an estimate.  If you need your order sooner, please upgrade to Priority Mail.  We offer a flat rate $10 Priority Shipping to anywhere in the US.

 

Express shipping guarantees overnight shipping to most US addresses.  Orders may take 1 days of processing before they are shipped.

INTERNATIONAL SHIPPING

We recommend choosing our $30 Priority Mail Flat Rate for International orders.  This service is tracked and expected delivery is 2-5 days (not guaranteed).  Regular International Mail is available for $15, with no tracking once the order leaves the US, expected delivery 6-21 Days.  We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.

Now offering a $10 Flat Rate to Canada! This international service is without tracking.  You will receive a customs number (for tracking through customs.) Upgrade your shipping to Priority for a tracking number.

We are not responsible for lost or stolen packages.  We are not responsible for customs fees.  Europe especially can have expensive customs fees.  Please be aware we have no control over the fees charged to you.

Returns/Exchanges:

Please note all sale items are Final Sale and cannot be returned or exchanged.

All Full Price items are eligible for exchange or store credit within 2 weeks of receiving your order.  

If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase please email us with the order # and a short description through the contact form. Exchanges and returns for store credit will be accepted within 14 days of delivery.  The item purchased must be in the original condition that you received it (unwashed, unworn, and with tags attached) and with its original packaging.  

You will be responsible for paying for your own return shipping costs. Shipping costs are non-refundable.  It will take up to 2 weeks for returns to be processed.

All swim, underwear, toys are Final Sale.

All sales and promotions are not applicable to previous purchases.  

Exchanges (if applicable)

Please email us if you need a different size and we will reserve it for you to expedite your return!

Reuse/Recycle: We try to limit our impact on the environment by reusing packaging whenever we can.  Please recycle your shipping materials.  We do not provide a print out of your receipt to save paper.
